Returns
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of personalized or custom-made items, final sale merchandise, or any product that shows signs of use, wear, or damage not attributable to a manufacturing defect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
